Ginger Rogers, best remembered as a dancer and a singer in the 1930's Hollywood musicals with Fred Astaire; appearing as a dancing duo in ten films.
During her long career, she made a total of 73 films; winning an Academy Award for best actress in the film Kitty Foyle. Ginger Rogers, a well loved movie star from the Golden Age, died from a heart attack at age 83.
