Decaffeinated rooibos caters to those who hail from the center of the Church of LDS and therefore cannot consume caffeine, and the western orchards and spacious feel of the Utah climate is displayed by the use of stone fruits and the state's official fruit, the cherry. Bright sweet flavors accent the speed and agility of the dromaeosaurid body.

Utahraptor was the largest and possibly most ferocious member of the Dromaeosauridae family. Its fossils were first found in 1975 in a Utah quarry and most of them are currently housed in Brigham Young University. Its sickle toe claw is estimated to be almost 10 inches long. This animal lived during the Cretacoius in an environment with many other large and competitive dinosaurs such as Acrocanthosaurus and Deinonychus, so it was most likely always active and on the go, looking for its next victim.
