This is a signature blend by ChasiTEA Moon. I was looking for a tea blend to represent the beautiful West Texas "peach" skies. The skies that are a little wild (wild strawberry) and with a touch of beautiful swirls of orange (rooibos orange). The peach skiesin West Texas are like no other. The picture for this tea blend is one I took as I was in a paddle boat at a friends lake. Just as the sun was setting. I could hear frogs croaking, bison in the distance, birds settling in for the night. Colors were constantly changing as it got closer to nightfall. It was magical experience and deserved its own tea blend! Just like the colors in the photo, the ingredients in this tea blend have an ever changing flavor profile depending on the time and temperature it is steeped at. I like to steep Peach Skies @200 for 4 min and serve over ice with a small swirl of blue agave. You can get multiple steeps out of Peach Skies and I find this blend is hard to over steep even @200. Many times I leave the second steep until I am ready for it hours later. It is even more delicious as the flavors sit over ice in my tumbler for a few hours. What a magnificent Planet Earth!
