This is a refreshing citrus and slightly sweet pineapple juicy tea. The Oolong brings it all together in a lovely way. My favorite way to prepare this is steeped hot and then poured over ice. During the week I am in such a hurry to get out the door so I scoop 2-3 adagio teaspoons full of the dry tea and tie it up in a large loose tea bag. I drop the teabag into my 32 oz tumbler and leave it in for the whole day. I continue to add water and ice all day and enjoy the flavors that lasts most of my teaching day. This tea is inspired by some of my favorite Adagio teas all in one blend. I named it "just me tea". It reminds me to take a moment, even if the day is demanding my attention, for "just me". Life gets crazy take time to be with just me. Remember to DRINK TEA. BE HAPPY.
