I was looking to blend the tea in a way to create a smooth chocolate, flaky coconut and sweet almond tea blend that the whole family could enjoy in the evenings together. In my opinion, It is just as good iced or cool. I like Rooibos and am a big fan, but I wanted to keep it more in the background of this tea blend. I wanted the sweet honey-like flavor from the honeybush chocolate tea to be on stage. After all, my first priority was to taste chocolate. It is such a joy, a chocolate joy! Notes: rooibos is an ingredient in this tea and it does come out in the flavor.
