I just love instant Ramen noodles, but I don't like the unhealthy broth ingredients so I created this blend to use in place of those high-sodium packet of spices. Prepare this green tea blend broth just like you would any tea. Pour into a bowl and add soy sauce (or a tiny amount of fish sauce) and cooked noodles to the broth. Instant ramen can taste even better and more filling with a few quick modifications. I like to add veggies (carrots and corn) and definitely a cooked egg to make a delicious meal! Famed chef Roy Choi has said he adds American cheese, butter, and egg into his instant ramen. You can also try adding soy sauce, kimchi, or peanut butter for added flavor. Top off your ramen noodle bowl with lots of fun goodies to give your bowl even more flavor, color, and texture. Some other fun additions worth trying: sriracha, kimchi, sesame seeds, crumbled bacon, nori (dried seaweed), fresh herbs (cilantro, Thai basil, chives), a drizzle of toasted sesame oil, crushed chiles, furikake, or a wedge of lime. Enjoy your delicious and healthy bowl of ramen! Drink Tea. Be Happy.
