This is a signature blend created by ChasiTEA Moon. There is a local tea shop that serves a wonderful Raspberry Cream soda. It is so delicious and refreshing, the only drawback is the price. I set out to find and blend ingredients together to mimic this delightful Raspberry Cream Soda. This is it! After steeping hot and pouring the tea over ice I add International Delight sweet cream over the top for an Authentic Raspberry Cream Soda or just plain half and half when I have sweetened the tea with Adagio sugar. (Whipping cream is also delicious. I do add some Adagio rock sugar or sweetener if I end up not using a sweetened creamer) I am so excited to be able to make this at home!
