Take time to relax. We took a trip to the Rocky Mountains last summer. The photo was taken as we were exploring the area. It was breathtaking! Close your eyes and with the first sip take a mental trip to the mountains. The teas in this blend were chosen for the flavor profiles and the health benefits. I was looking for a low caffeine blend with healthy ingredients for an evening option. I like to drink this hot in the evening or iced throughout the day. It is somewhat fruity (not an overwhelming fruit taste) with a gentle smoothness from the vanilla. What a magnificent Planet Earth!
