I have tried another company's apple cinnamon tea which is more to my liking, so by tweaking Spiced Apple Chai with a few accents, I can now enjoy Adagio's offering more. Cinnamon pieces are better to me than cinnamon flavoring so I added that accent. Also, the rose hips give a more natural tang from my point of view than the slightly odd-tasting apple flavoring. (I had purchased apple flavoring in the past and found it a little odd from that source too-- not blaming Adagio!) The marigold/calendula petals contribute attractive fall color.
