my grandmother Beverley, would always give me chamomile tea with real honey and squeezed lemon.i added the honeybush with mango to get that honey flavor but also take a contemporary turn to it. this recipe has been passed down the family tree for ages. It has help many a few colds, sore throats and stomache aches throughout my life. My grandma would also tell me thats why we have so many people in our family living in their 90's.
