I am a big tea- lover and wanted to find natural ways to deal with my stress. When life gets stressful and busy its hard to take out time for yourself. You need something quick and easy. Began researching tea for relaxation and found there’s not a whole lot out there. My journey landed me here. On the road to find peace and serenity in my own life. I found this the perfect opportunity to promote awareness and provide not only myself, but others with healing agents: to live happier & healthier lives. Plus my own take on tea.
