My name is kristin and i am your modern day hippy. I am an activist, a healer, thinker, feeler, dreamer and nature-lover. Anything that comes to mind when you think hippy (besides drug use) describes me. I am on a spiritual journey for enlightenment and becoming balanced and whole. my journey here recently starter when i discovered i had developed moderate anxiety disorder in troubling times. I am a big tea- lover and wanted to find natural ways to deal with my stress. There are many techniques tat can be used, but when our lives become busy we need something quick and calming.I began researching herbs that would give me relaxing benefits. I found it hard to find bends that would rejuvenate my body and mind and offered theses herbs combined with others for maximum benefits.. so my journey landed me here. On the road to find peace and serenity in my life. It would be great to one day have the perfect blend for this ailment. It would be even cooler to promote awareness and help rid people of whats causing them to live healthy and happy lives.
