Athena is the Greek goddess of wisdom, courage, inspiration, civilization, law and justice, just warfare, mathematics, strength, strategy, the arts, crafts, and skill (she had a lot on her plate). Famous for being birthed fully armored from Zeus's forehead when he had a particularly bad migraine, Athena is also know for her bright, gleaming grey eyes. Suggested brewing instructions: 180° for 3 mins.
