“ I'm not a huge ginger fan, but it's nice in moderation--and this is in moderation. The earl grey and cream keep it from being too overwhelming, and it's a nice breakfast tea that will wake you up quiet well. Classy and strong. ”

“ I love Miranda Lawson, and Miss Lawson loves her tea. Having been born on Earth, I believe that she'd strongly approve of this rather traditional blend. It's hard to go wrong with Earl Grey, and the ginger root and cream balance each other quite nicely. I have to admit that when I first ordered this sample I was worried that it would be too simple and end up disappointing me. needless to say, I shouldn't have worried. This is one tea that I'll occasionally mix with a bit of milk of sugar, just for a treat. Oh, and if you've read any of my other reviews, you've probably noticed that I tend to steep most of my teas a bit longer than the suggested time. This tea is no exception. Three minutes is well and good for a simple cup of tea, but I feel like adding a few extra minutes just gives it an added push, somehow. ”

“ This tea will definitely be one of my future 'comfort teas'. It is rich and sweet and creamy. Perfect for an afternoon watching TV. I only got a sample tin, but my next full order will definitely be for Miranda. I added milk and sugar to it for the texture, although the flavor sure doesn't need much added to it. ”
