With its icy pastel ornaments yet gingerbread cookie, the cover photo suggests a cool-warm taste creation. So Peppermint and candy cane accents for a chill with Cinnamon and Assam teas plus ginger root accent to add a bit of cozy warmth and depth. I like the juxtaposition. I was inspired by Twyla's blend number 220997 though I've not had the chance to taste it and altered multiple ingredients to suit my tastes. I adore Christmas and think there's no better time for hot tea. :)
