Chocolate Chip is my chocolate tea of choice simply because it was available as a blend ingredient when Decaf Chocolate Truffle wasn't. Also, it has both cocoa nibs and chocolate chips so the flavor seems richer than Chocolate tea does. But I REALLY like THIS chocolate blend even better. I happened upon it when creating my S'mores. Small amounts of Cream and Vanilla act as helpers to smooth, complement, and enrich Chocolate Chip. I believe that translates into deliciousness when used as a home blend ingredient. I'd like to have a good-sized batch on hand instead of making it all the time! It combines well with a number of teas. Peppermint is a natural of course! If you enjoy rooibos teas, try half this blend with half Rooibos Pecan Turtle at 212/4-- great mod caff dessert tea! :)
