I made lavender cookies to go with all the Adagio tea I've been buying. I was eating one while drinking a cup of my Sweet Sweet Love blend with milk and honey. I noticed that, though the two went well together, it would be tastier if there were chocolate chips in the cookies. Then I started thinking about the flavor combination of chocolate and lavender. Next thing I knew, I was painting a new tea label in GIMP. It took forever to come up with a name for this blend and I'm still not entirely satisfied, but just calling it 'Honeybush with Chocolate and Lavender' seemed... boring.
