To celebrate visitors to Alaska, I designed this flavorful Rooibos blend using cinnamon apple, almond and caramel teas, combined with cardamom and clove for winter brewing. I spiced it up with a photograph of a rare bird, Hooded Oriole, a first sighting in Alaska last summer.
