The historical Takasugi spent some time overseas and saw the dangers of foreign influences firsthand. So I wanted a five spice or pho vibe. And something to go well with creamer. I'm told it smells a bit like waffles. *shrug* It is quite dark and almost musky but somehow still smooth. Just like that classy tramp we all know and love to hate. (I prefer 4 minutes, haven't found a huge difference between 208 and 195. So whatever your Zoji is set on is probably fine.)
