Now I know I blended it, but this is literally my favorite tea. Lucky that it's the protagonist's blend! I'm always surprised at how complex a fresh batch smells. I think the secret ingredient is the jasmine. Really ties the room together.
(I prefer 5 minutes at 195, but I've never had it turn bitter on me, even when I forget to hit the timer.)
