Gazebo? Gazoinksbo! Leslie (of the early seasons) will do anything to protect Pawnee, even if it means tying herself to an iron gate to protect a historic gazebo from being destroyed, or suggesting terrible headlines ('Gazoinksbo!') for the Pawnee newspaper. (Personally, I *still* say 'gazoinksbo' to myself, whenever I see a gazebo. I still regret nothing.) This blend is somewhat in tribute to the artistically-insane, historically-parodying, intentionally-terrible-on-all-counts murals that appear in Pawnee's City Hall throughout the show, including this one, from Season 2 Episode 21, '94 Meetings.' Parks and Recreation features a cast of heartwarmingly silly characters, all involved in the parks department of a fictional smallish town called Pawnee, Indiana. Headlined by Leslie Knope, everyone's favorite politically-creative heroine, after a slow start the show gradually became a fan favorite, with many a cult reference to be found amongst its largely-satirical episodes. Said references -- or 'phraseology' -- are the inspiration behind this particular fandom. My friends, family, and I have thoroughly enjoyed binge-watching this show for several years; no matter what changes, wrap-ups, or 8-bit style graphics may come, no one can take away our phraseology-love.
