The Sacral Chakra, or Swadhisthana, is the second Chakra tea in our series! Located a few inches below the naval, Swadhisthana corresponds to emotions and sexuality, and the color orange. When your sacral chakra is under-active, you feel stiff and emotionally unavailable. When over-active, your feelings will be constant and unrestrained, leaving you to get inappropriately emotionally attached to people. But when healthy, you will feel at ease with your emotions, and free to pursue joy and intimacy. We do not claim that Sacral Chakra tea is medicinal, but rather designed with balance in mind.
