Ryan Hardy is the ex-FBI agent (now working as a consultant) trying to recapture Joe Carroll. He's broken and damaged, and Joe's game of cat and mouse certainly isn't helping. Ryan's blend has the same teas that Joe's does, but the percentages are different since as much as he ignores the rules, he's still the good guy.
