Joe Carroll is a serial killer and the leader of a cult of loyal followers. He's charismatic, charming, and as evil as can be, and he's playing a game of cat and mouse with Ryan Hardy, the ex-FBI agent who caught him the first time around. I used the same teas (in different proportions) in both blends, because the two men are twisted funhouse mirrors of each other (and Joe's trying to twist Ryan even further as they go). Joe's blend, however, has Hibiscus as an accent, because of that lovely red colour it can add to a tea...
