Fika is the Swedish practice of taking a break to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, a pastry, and good company. This blend is inspired by the iconic Swedish kanelbulle or cinnamon roll that is often enjoyed as part of an afternoon fika. Photo was taken by me as I enjoyed a fika in Stockholm.
