This tea reminds me of an annual tradition I had with my children when they were young. Each year a few days before Christmas we would make a trek to the grocery store and buy all the ingredients to make everyones favorite holiday cookie. Then we would gather at my house and bake all day. We created pretty plates of cookies and wrapped them with colorful cling wrap. Then..we all piled into the car and stopped by to see friends and family, leave them cookies and wish them a happy holiday season. It was always so much fun! And the house smelled so good...ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate.. I wanted to create a tea based on all those great memories! :)
