Inspired by Selefina's Blue Lagoon Moon Milk Mix. Alas, no reishi or vanilla powder in this simple DIY-able concoction. I do add some home accents-- a half butterfly pea flower per gram of blend along with the teeniest pinch of ground nutmeg and some blue cornflower petals for looks. The taste is soothing and mildly lemony. I also intend to try some of this steeped herbal tea with a little milk and a portion of actual Blue Lagoon Moon Milk Mix at some point. Happy steeping and sleeping! :)

Sometimes I like to steep a half-strength cup of this tea then stir in a packet of hot chocolate. The blend flavors complement the creamy chocolate nicely. (This is WITHOUT the additional accents of butterfly pea flower, ground nutmeg, and cornflowers!)
