I concocted this after reading the ingredients of another company's award-winning tea. I liked the taste from the very first sip-- sunset warmth and serenity at the end of a summer's day. The raspberry provides a faintly fruited background with the other teas toning it down and the Earl Grey lending creamy herbaceous notes. Don't expect much of an Earl taste-- I was going for a lavender-raspberry evening sip rather than a bergamot wake-up cup. There isn't a strong chocolate taste either. Instead, the honeybush, nibs, and chips bring an earthiness. I find the whole soothing and satisfying.
