As a fan of strong black teas, I was wondering what sort of blend I could make that isn't already a breakfast tea here. From the teas available for custom blends, I opted for an equal mix of Irish Breakfast (Ceylon and Assam) and Mambo (Yunnan and Wu Yi) to get a combination of four teas. Scottish Breakfast is also a four-tea blend, but with Keemun rather than Wu Yi, and I love that, so Im hoping this will also be a good blend. FWIW, personally, I normally steep black teas like this at 212 for 5 minutes since I like strong tea. NOTE: I have tried this now and I don't think I'll change this, but if I do, I'll say something here.
