Chocolate and coconut with a hint of cinnamon. The cinnamon does not stand out, but it really deepens the chocolate flavor. The perfect blend! I recommend a lower steeping temp (180 degrees) for 5 minutes to really taste the flavors. At 212 degrees the black tea flavor dominates. This blend, like all black teas, will get bitter quickly if over-steeped.

This blend is inspired by a chocolate tea that Trader Joes used to sell. It was my favorite tea until they discontinued it. I loved the coconut aroma and flavor in the tea. I have been unable to find a similar tea anywhere, so I decided to blend my own.
