I obviously had to include dragonfruit in a Kiryu tea, first and foremost. The green tea symbolizes his time inevitably spent in Kamurocho sushi restaurants, sipping complementary green tea in the winter, and pineapple and mango accents are a tip of the hat to his beloved tropical Okinawa.
