Hell Tea is no ordinary brew! This tea is made especially for making ochazuke, a simple Japanese soup dish of tea poured over white rice. For a quick meal on a cold day when the only thing that can warm you up are the flames of Hell, top a warm bowl of rice with tofu, salmon, nori, scallions, roe, carrot shavings, or anything else you like, and pour Hell Tea over the top for a savory treat with a kick of spice from the added ginger and peppercorns.
