Soothe away the shady, sultry, desert-dry heat with this very subtle, lightly-flavored, spa-inspired blend of smooth white monkey, calming white peony, a pinch of lemon grass, orange peels, apricot, and safflower. Iced or hot, with floating slices of cucumber or lemon, this is simple spa refreshment in a glass or teacup. (UPDATE 10/28/21: White cucumber is no longer available, so formula = updated.)
