Let us face it berries rule! Since this blend uses 30% Raspberry Green tea as a portion of the blend makes for a lower caffeine count. The other two blends are naturally caffeine free being 50% Rooibos Berry and 20% Wild Strawberry which is chock full of fruity goodness so you can enjoy this one as a nice evening relaxation drink. My suggestion is to at least try one time try it iced...uummmm, have a berry good time!
