There are quite a few passion fruit cooler variations out there in the beverage-recipe wilderness, so this one is (arbitrarily, heh) based on a modern, hipstery, non-alcoholic version made of ginger juice, mint leaves, and passion fruits, of course. Accordingly, this 'tea-spiration' fuses light-bright passionfruit, a pinch of peppermint, an equal pinch of calypso green for a little more further-deepened passion fruit flavor, and throws in some ginger accents so you can ice with lightly-spiced tropical aplomb.
