Pitcairn was one of the British officers in charge during the occupation of Boston. Though he did not escape the ire of Boston's residents, he is generally considered more reasonable than some of his redcoat counterparts. Pitcairn's blend has some sharp citrus and early grey tones like the blend for General Thomas Gage, but it also has more mellow flavors like earthy pu erh dante and coconut. Proper and level-headed, but maybe a bit shaken up, here's hoping this tea can keep you calm under pressure.

High caffeine | Steep at 195° for 3 mins
