“ Holy ginger! The ginger in this blend will wake you up by the smell alone! After brewing the ginger steps back a bit and let's the other flavors come through a bit. It's a dark tea with a rich base due to the pu erh but the spices liven it up quite a bit. Without cream and suger the apple spice element is almost undetectable, which made me a little sad. However I discovered that adding a little sugar really brings it out and makes this possibly one of my favorite chai blends ever. ”
