My sister has been harassing me to find her a high-caffeine peppermint tea. Nearly impossible, seeing as we prefer straight peppermint to peppermint blends (no lemon or rosehips), you can see the dilemma. After some experimenting, I found the spices in Irish Breakfast complement Peppermint without overpowering it. Thus our morning coffee replacement was created.
