“ This tea is delicious! I thought I wouldn't like it very much, as normally I'm not too much of a black tea person, but it's truly excellent. By itself, the rose flavor isn't too strong, but once I added about half a spoonful of honey it came out wonderfully. Be careful though, I oversteeped it just slightly and it became a little bitter, so it is somewhat delicate.
Update: I have started to brew this with less time (2 min 50 sec rather than 3 min) and heat, and that gets rid of any bitterness! ”
