“ Great in depth flavor but not bitter. I think the oolong and yunnan tea mellow out the tannins. The rose and chocolate give it a good “dessert” quality. ”

“ This is one of those blends where something in the mix slaps me in the face and demands a splash of milk. I prefer my tea black. But this is a nice sort of dessert tea. ”
