Starting off with a masala chai base, the tea maintains a spicy current. These dancing chai overtones are paired with sweet figs and dates from pu erh dante black tea. A dash of ferocity as seen only in tiger eye ceylon tea for bold flavor. Finally brought together with cocoa nibs. This tea steps out of the ordinary into the exotic.

I was sitting writing to my best friend, who lives on the other side of the world. She writes to me about exotic places and strange foods. We talk often of seeing each other and what other countries would be like to visit.
My mind began to drift, and I came upon a reflective thought: if for every place I visit I can maintain a palpable memory, would I be able to recreate those memories in a tea?
Spice and Nibs may sound like an obvious description, but if I could preserve India in a bottle, this tea would be inside.
This is my expression of some of the exotic and wonderful flavors of India.
