Filip (aka Chibs) Telford is the Sergeant-at-Arms of the Sons of Anarchy. Unlike most of the gang members, he was born in Scottland and raised in Ireland. He is nicknamed 'Chibs' because of his facial scars ('chib' is Scottish slang for a knife or other stabbing implement.)
