An MD and an opera enthusiast, Dr. Grace Holloway is a true Renaissance woman whose compassion for her patients and her sense of justice are just as strong as her adoration for Puccini. This tea symbolizes Grace's strong but gentle personality as well as her love for the fine things in life--I could easily see her going to a tea house in San Francisco and asking for her favorite blend: a mix of white peony and kukicha with a backbone of Earl Grey green and hints of lemon verbena and marigold flowers. Enough caffeine to pep her up before a surgery, but not enough that she's too wired to unwind while listening to 'The Pearl Fishers' after a hard day on call.
