An ode to Billy, this tea represents many things he cared about (or tried to care about). We've included Snowbud, for Billy's first love: his Freeze Ray. Blackberries represent the darkness inside of Billy's heart that is yearning to be free and join the Evil League of Evil, and a hint of Vanilla represents Penny, their yogurt they shared together and the fresh scent of clean laundry.
