Mad, in more than one meaning of the word, The Hatter spent so long alone that he might have it all together... But he sure seems to. Conversely, hibiscus (red flowers), caramel (his sweet disposition), and lapsang souchong (a strong brew to keep him working on all those hats) wouldn't seem to blend, but they do. Throw in the irony of rose hips, and soon you can be having your own tea parties! Perhaps you can invite little Grace, I'm sure she must be lonely...

Poor Jefferson... It must be hell to see his daughter, happy, but with another family instead of him. She may be the one with the tea parties, but I'm sure he had many a cup late at night, either checking to make sure she's okay or watching the new sheriff or making more hats. Now, with this sweet and smoky blend, you can work late into the night... Or while you relax and check up on your own favorite member of Storybrooke.
