This is another homage blend, based on a tea my daughter let me taste from another vender. Some of the ingredients were not available, but I did the best I could. I haven't yet tried it, but look forward to doing so. I will tweak if necessary.
“ Eastern Earl Grey: Blender's Review. Disclaimer. I tend to enjoy my own blends.
I steeped this at 190*F for 3 minutes in about 11 oz of water. When steeping and when in the tin, Bergamot with nice underpinning of lavender and vanilla aromas were apparent. I added 1 TBS of vanilla almond non-dairy coffee creamer, and 1.5 tsp of Adagio rock/tea sugar. In my opinion this is a very smooth tea that blends well as it cools, especially if creamer is added. Tastes well with and without cream. This will be a keeper for me...and Earls are a little dicey for me. 4.8 stars. ”
