I have had the privileges to speak to Lady Impa on many of my visits to Kakiriko Village. She has many amazing stories of times long past and one of those stories provided me a new brew to share. She spoke of the Sheikah Monks who were so devote to the Goddess and were said to await the chosen hero to aid him in his quest. The monks had many practices to keep their bodies and minds sharp, and one of those was a concoction said to be created by Maz Koshia, made with ancient herbs and spices said to help focus the mind and body. I am gracious to Lady Impa and Paya for working with me to find the ingredients scattered in old Sheikah texts to the best of our ability. My hope is that this blend is a faithful one worthy of the monks of old.
