You can certainly taste the dark bitterness on one side, but the other side is sweet and flowery hiding a hot, bitter secret. This tea brings the dark, smooth and robust Irish Breakfast in heavily, with a tart-sweet note of cherry and finished with a rather terrifying hint of almost. The tea has a bright, startling bloody color and heat.
