Cucumber Apple Spritzer

I tried a non-alcoholic Cucumber Spritzer at an adorable tea shop that I just had to duplicate! I hope you enjoy this fun to make refreshing non-alcoholic Cucumber Apple Spritzer! You will need to buy your own cucumbers and club soda, mineral water or spritzer (carbonated water). I prepare this blend and then pour it in a large glass jar over ice with quartered/diced cucumbers. It is good with either no added spritzer or with added spritzer. I use mineral water or club soda, Topo Chico will work! Prepared with or without spritzer is refreshing! To Make Spritzer: 1) Steep Cucumber Apple Spritzer tea base 2-3min @180) Pour tea base over ice in a glass jar filled with quartered/diced cucumber. 3) Leave enough room in the jar to top off with a club soda or seltzer of your choice. (carbonated water) Tips: This can be steeped more than once. After steeping keep leftover tea base cool in a jar in the refrigerator with fresh cucumbers for extra flavor (add sliced oranges to the jar to add juicy citrus twang)! For a spicy kick add 1/4 teaspoon (or more if you are a spice lovin' sipper) of Chili Pepper Flakes to the steep. TIP: I add 2-3 tsp of Cucumber Apple Spritzer dry leaves to a bag and place bag at the bottom of my 32oz to-go tumbler before adding the cucumber, ice and water. The flavor quickly shines through and lasts all day. I add water and ice as needed to get through the day! Drink Tea. Be Happy.
