We first traveled to New Orleans a year after Katrina, and the French Quarter was like a ghost town. A decade later, we enjoyed a vibrant district full of life, and a ghostly graveyard tour. Both times we fell in love with the tastes and smells of the city, especially the beignets. This blend is a bit like Autumn Mist with a kick, and I hope it brings you a taste of the French Quarter any time of year.
